Lee Doby
Assistant Coach
Lee started his lacrosse career in 1982 when he was a freshman in high school. He played four varsity seasons for his high school's club team in Lexington, VA. After graduating, Lee went on to play three seasons at Virginia Tech, where he played almost all positions for the Hokies. Currently, Coach Doby plays for the Augusta Beavers men's club. He has played for the Beavers club since 2010. In addition to helping out with the Patriots, Lee also serves as a coach/mentor for the YMCA youth lacrosse program in Augusta. When he is not playing or coaching, Lee works for Southern Nuclear as a Security Supervisor and Security/Rescue Instructor.

Alan Troutman
U19 Head Coach
Alan started his lacrosse career during his freshman year of high school. He was a four year varsity letterman goalie at Greenbrier High School. Thoughout his career, he accumulated over 500 saves, including 222 saves while maintaing a 70% save percentage in his senior campaign. As a junior and senior, Alan was awarded the team's defensive Most Valuable Player as well as being named to the All-County Lacrosse Team. He was also awarded the Augusta Chronicle's Lacrosse Player of the Year as a senior. Alan signed a scholarship to Emmanuel College where he is enetering his senior year. At Emmanuel College, Alan has been a three year captain as well as earning the team's Most Outstanding Player as a freshman and sophomore. Alan has been involved with the lacrosse programs at the local YMCA and the Columbia County Recreation Department since 2010.

Phillip Yount
U15 Head Coach
Phillip began his lacrosse career in his sophomore year of high school. He was a member of the first ever Patriots team in 2012. Phillip was a two year varsity letterman at Greenbrier High School. As a senior, he gathered 91 groundballs and was awarded the team's defensive Most Valuable Player as well as being named to the All-County Lacrosse Team. After a standout season, Phillip earned a scholarship from Emmanuel College. After his freshman season he transfered to Berry College. Phillip has been involved with assisting the growth of lacrosse with the local YMCA since 2011.

Bryant McIlwain
U19 Assistant Coach
Bryant started his lacrosse career as a freshman in high school. He was a four year varsity letterman midfielder at Lakeside High School. Bryant was a recipient of the team's Coaches Award. Bryant was also a two year captain as well as leading the team in goals his senior year. Bryant signed a National Letter of Intent with Young Harris College. He is also a former member of the Patriots.
